CONSULTATION
- LET'S GET WHAT YOU WANT ONTO PAPER
We will do a consultation either over the phone, Skype/Messenger or in-person
(depending on what you or your schedule is most comfortable with).
The consultation is when you will describe who you want The Personalized Story Book created for, what you are thinking it should be about, & ask us any and all questions you can think of.
If you include your child/children in the brain storming of their story, they will feel empowered, special, confident and loved.
To write your personalized story, we will ask you a few questions.
Examples of some questions, so you can get an idea:
- Age of character/main characters?
- Gender/s?
- Interests?
- Is this to instill a love of learning, to teach an important life-lesson,
just as a fun experience, as a self-esteem booster,
as a personalized gift, another reason or all of the above?
- Reading level? (We custom write your book from ages 0 through adult.)

STORY OUTLINE
WRITTEN TO YOUR
SATISFACTION
We'll email you a story outline with a description of portrait illustrations based off of the consultation. If you want anything changed, we'll re-write it and send another version over until you are satisfied.
Once you are thrilled,
we'll schedule and plan your portrait session for lllustrating
The Personalized Story Book, where you will act out the storyline.

PORTRAIT SESSION
- FOR THE ILLUSTRATIONS
Portrait session time!
This is the most exciting part
for you and/or your children/family!
This experience is what really gets the children interested in reading their name book.
Let's act out the story!
This session can take place in a number of different scenes & locations, depending on what we have discussed and agreed upon when deciding the custom story outline.

WRITING THE STORY &
EDITING THE PORTRAITS
FOR ILLUSTRATIONS
The wait …
After your portrait session, we will edit all of the portraits that will be used to illustrate your book. Now is also when your personalized story will be written (using the agreed upon story outline, details from the portrait session, the final portraits chosen, & expressions of personality captured during the portrait session,
aka acting out the story).
